Disappointing Experience: Double Charging and Misdirection

I recently visited Sunway Velocity on August 11th and unfortunately, my experience left me quite disappointed. I used the TnG Card to exit the carpark and was charged RM6. However, things took a frustrating turn when I got home and noticed that I had been charged twice for the same parking session, with just a two-minute gap between the charges (18:37 and 18:39).

In my attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to Sunway Velocity through Facebook Messenger, hoping for assistance. However, I was redirected to the Carpark Helpdesk. Following their instructions, I contacted the Carpark Helpdesk and was advised to personally visit their office on B2, bringing along my TnG Card. Despite the inconvenience and my willingness to cooperate, I was told that the issue couldn't be resolved by their staff as the charges were deducted by TnG. Instead, I was told to seek a refund through the TnG eWallet platform.

My main concern here is the misdirection and the time wasted in the process. If the Carpark Helpdesk couldn't provide a solution, why was I asked to visit their office? This lack of coordination between departments and the inefficient resolution process has left me frustrated.

I have always had high regard for Sunway Velocity's customer service, but this experience has tarnished that perception. I hope the management will look into this issue seriously, rectify the double charge, and improve communication to prevent similar inconveniences for others...

BAD SERVICES and IMPOLITE from B1 Security Guard‼️

Date：29-8-2022 Exit Time：09:30pm

That is a Indian Security Guard. We was receive notice from E-wallet when we entered Sunway Velocity Mall by TnG Card. But we facing issue when we tried to when out use by TnG Card.(Same Card) There are 100+ balance in my E-Wallet. After few minutes there are a foreign workers come and guide us press the button on the gate and we are trying to communicate with the Customer services from the Gate System. Suddenly there are a INDIAN SECURITY GUARDS come out with a motor and blame us . The Indian Security guard said is our fault because we make the traffic jam in the car park. And he say we are wasting their time.

But the issue is from the mall gate system, the PROBLEM IS NOT FROM OUR END!! There are no issue when we when out from the another exit. The PROBLEM is from the gate system!!

So， Hello？ What is the point of the security？ How come he can interrupt directly our conversation？ Did you think are this is our fault？ How can the security guard talk to customers like this ? No manners from the beginning until the end. And his presence interrupted our conversation with customer service. But he's not apologetic and blame us instead.

Please learn what is polite. Please understand the whole thing before speaking!

Do employees need to be screened when they are hired? Is this the attitude of the Sunway Velocity Mall ?

We are very unhappy about this shopping trip! We are very DISAPPOINTED with Sunway...
