I visited on the brand’s anniversary day—super busy with a nonstop line—but the super kind girl at the register made the wait stress-free! She proactively notified everyone of wait times (super clearly and patiently) and kept the mood upbeat. Seriously, every single customer got the same warm treatment, which is rare during rush hours!

As for the drink: Taro Mochi Milk Tea is a DREAM. Creamy taro flavor, chewy mochi bits, and just the right sweetness. 10/10 would brave the crowd again for this combo.
