⭐ 1-Star Review – Domino’s Has No Sincerity!
I placed my order at 7:04 PM, but the pizza only arrived after 8:00 PM! That’s almost an hour of waiting. Worse still, I called more than 10 times before someone finally picked up the phone. No updates, no apologies—just total silence.
And when the pizza finally arrived? It was cold. Completely cold and unenjoyable.
I’m a huge fan of Domino’s, but this experience was a complete disaster. This isn’t even the first time I’ve faced late deliveries, but at least in Puchong, the staff would apologize, and the pizza would still be hot. This time, it was obvious that the staff let my order sit there instead of delivering it immediately.
I complained, and Domino’s response was just a copy-paste template with no real solution. Their so-called "compensation" was a voucher, but even after I rejected their response, they just sent another generic reply without addressing how they will actually fix the problem.
This is not about a free pizza, it’s about basic service and respect for customers. Domino’s, if you truly care, show it with real action, not just empty words. I strongly condemn the irresponsible attitude of the staff and the insincere response from the management.

Read moreThis is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Domino’s branch. First off, the delivery delays are beyond unacceptable. Waiting one hour for delivery? Fine, we might tolerate that. But waiting one hour just to place an order? That’s absolutely ridiculous. What kind of inefficient system are you running?
Secondly, the staff behavior is appalling. Almost every time I deal with them, they are rude and unprofessional. When I tried to place an order, one of your staff had the audacity to tell me to go to the Sri Petaling branch instead. Excuse me? I live in Desa Petaling, and there’s a branch here for a reason! Why should I drive out of my way just because your staff are too lazy to do their job? If this branch can’t serve customers properly, just shut it down and spare us the frustration.
Lastly, the pizza quality is a joke. The toppings are a pathetic 50% or less, and this isn’t the first time. What am I paying for? A glorified piece of bread with a sprinkle of toppings?

That’s when I found out that the order was not even made yet. I was told by the store manager to wait for another 15mins. After which I eventually got the pizza. However, no refunds for the delivery which was not delivered, no vouchers for the 2 hour delay, and no apology for the inconvenience. Hope they do something about this poor service.
Btw to add on, all phone calls to this branch were not attended. Which gave me no choice but to visit the branch myself. I didn’t even have the option to cancel order because there was literally no response.
