Poorest service I have ever encountered. Ordered online on 6.30pm, at 9pm still no response, no updates. Dominos tracker is useless, always under technical problem, "please try again" my a. Same goes to their customer service hotline, waited on the line for 25mins with nothing at the end. "Our expert is currently busy" my a.
After 2 hours plus left hanging in hunger and spoilt my dinner time with family, I decided to go to the store myself to pick up my foods. Thank god I live nearby. As a surprise, my foods just being prepared at that time. After 2hours?!! Ridiculous.
Anyway, the staff at the counter are very helpful. I don't blame them. Something need to do with the system either at the HQ or this branch. Do not take any orders anymore if you cannot deliver on time. The staff said usually the process+delivery will take more than 2 hours. WTH???! I am not the first case. So its proven, there are something wrong with this branch.
In a nutshell, please avoid ordering from this branch during the peak hours, otherwise you'll left in hanging. Don't know what status of your order. Better order mamak.

Read moreunderstand that your store closes at 11:00 PM, and I arrived at around 10:05 PM. When I walked in, all your staff were busy preparing pizzas and doing their tasks. I approached and said I wanted to place an order. A very rude and unprofessional staff member — quite overweight, though I didn’t bother to get his name — came over. I’m not sure if he was a manager or just a regular staff member, but if someone like this is representing your brand, Domino’s, which is supposed to be a well-established company, then there is something seriously wrong.
With a visibly annoyed face, he asked me, “Mau order apa?!” . I asked if the store was closing soon, and he bluntly replied, “Yes! And after you order, you’ll have to wait 45 minutes.” The way he said it made it very clear — they were not interested in doing business anymore and just wanted to shut down and go home.
This is by far the worst Domino’s branch I’ve visited. I will never return. Even the Pizza Hut just a street away offers way better service than this. I truly hope you reflect on this experience and take steps to improve your...

Placed my order at 7:58 PM, walked in at 8:30 PM just to check—and was told it’d take another hour. Honestly, I regretted placing the order online. Very poor order management, and sadly, this isn’t the first time.
If delays like this are expected, the app should be updated to give a proper heads-up. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I don’t understand why management hasn’t addressed this ongoing issue. It almost feels like customer time isn’t valued here.
Also, please stop replying with the same template: “We always strive for quality and satisfaction. Please reach out to us via the website and let us know what went wrong and how we can improve.” It doesn’t help. We’re all telling you right here what’s wrong. These reviews point out the exact issues that have been ignored for far too long. Read them. Work on them. Acknowledge the feedback like you actually mean it. A copy-paste reply isn’t going to fix anything.
