Useless branches, already made wrong send our order. We call customer services, then have to select this branch by phone. In the end there are some who handle all branches and are not dedicated to this branch. We complained about sending the wrong order and the person didn't ask for our name and phone number. Only we say didn't you need our phone number?, then she only asked for our phone number. After waiting 30 minutes we didn't get any status of our complaint. We want to know, it our order has been sent or not. Then we call back the dominos number, three times there no one picks up. Later after four times calling, then some one pick up and she knows us. Read moreVery bad service from the staff. I rarely had a bad experience in Domino’s Pizza but with this branch? I just couldn’t accept it. We had ordered on 4/1/22 on 11.49am and the staff who attended us was coming late which we even help him to open the door as we saw his rushed in to start work and he’s the one took our order. He didn’t even say thanks to us, and the worst part he took our order wrong! This is so unethical and for me I can say lack of respect and training from Domino’s itself I would say. Read moreHi, I made an order online on Sunday 12th Jan for a pick up at 3:30pm on Tues 14th Jan (today), however when arrived at the store, it was closed. There were two workers, Azim and Hisham said they have received the order in the system, but couldn’t make the order as they were riders and their manager has ran away. So nobody can make the pizzas. I was already charged for the order on Sunday. The order was for a farewell party. The store could have called, canceled, and refunded. I have emailed my feedback to Dominos and rate order, but nobody from Dominos has contacted me.
