I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent visit to your Wangsa Maju branch (Jalan Delima 13). My family and I are loyal customers and have always enjoyed our visits to Domino’s. However, our experience this time was far below expectations, especially considering the occasion.
We visited the branch to celebrate my son’s birthday and placed an order worth RM 94, which included a Hand Toasted Shawarma Chicken pizza, spaghetti, and fries. Unfortunately, the quality and presentation of the food were very poor. The pizza was essentially just bread with no noticeable chicken, despite the name. The spaghetti had only red sauce, with a very small portion that did not justify the price.
Moreover, we were a group of six people, and to our surprise, the staff did not even have sufficient serving plates available. This added to the discomfort of our dining experience on what was meant to be a special day.
As a regular customer, I felt extremely let down. I kindly request that this issue be looked into seriously, and appropriate action be taken to ensure such experiences are not repeated in the future.

I order online delivery for regular normal pizza but suka hati they change to thin crust… they know their thin crust is THE WORST PIZZA ON EARTH… haiyooo so disappointed!!! I dont think i want order anymore from this stupid pizza chain. This thing happened MANY TIMES but i keep quiet. Now No more.. no thanks.
Update 18/4: the new website system sucks i cannot even retrieved older booking details. Plus other day complain ask to log complaint online but still useless system. The other day not only they sent wrong order but delivery send LATE 20 minutes. Seriously what the hell is wrong...

Ordered online, the payment was deducted, but order didn't get through! Called the customer service, they mentioned the store was open but close for order, but why do they still open to select for delivery online? In the end, the only options are to refund after 7 working days (which for those for apply grab points, will be unfair) or to get back the order within a month.
After my case, only the system started to reflect that the store is closed for online order and delivery.
The experience is disappointing and hope that Domino can do...
