Cappucino Garden Cafe — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Will never ever come back again for this bad service cafe ! Ordered seafood spaghetti Aglio olio with totally tasteless in flavour. Requested a Tabasco from the service crew and she like not willing to get it to us, after that heard the guy look like Boss are start to chasing the staff with other customers take away ordered and the service crew ignored with immediate to deliver us the Tabasco but all of them went to settle the bill and so on. After they settled down the service crew forgot our requested. Than the so call Boss came to us saying what can he help us and we told him we requested a Tabasco from the crew and it just few step away to deliver to us why we should wait for like at least 6-8mins to send us, than the Boss explained to us with lot of nonsense and the worse was the Boss very rude to said it just a small matter than walk away without any apologies. Come on, you are in the service industry, pls really provide a friendly service and good quality food. Otherwise, you will than disappear in the market soon. Good...

I have been visiting this cafe for years because of the nasi lemak, which is priced at RM17+ now. Yes, quite expensive for a nasi lemak in that neighborhood. I had brought along many friends and business associates over the years. In my previous visit, I was the second customer, but ended up walking away after waiting close to 1 hour despite multiple reminders. The foreign waitress and manager merely responded "preparing" or pointed at kitchen to me whist they busy serving other new customers at bigger tables, those who came after me, finished and left. It was very frustrating when their food actually needed more time to prepare, whereas nasi lemak chicken is normally scooped from a pot! No explanation and no apology from the usual stone-faced lady manager. The owner is a nice guy who greets customers whenever he comes in. I wanted to complain to him but unfortunately he was busy in his other restaurant next door. Disappointing experience and not returning anymore. Expensive food with bad service is...

Came here to dine based on recommendation, sad to say the quality of the food fell short from what I expected. Very bland flavor and the price is not exactly cheap given the quality provided. The fish and chips has an imbalanced batter to fish ratio, all I tasted was just batter , not so much the fish. The chicken stuffed with cheese taste nothing special , and the mushroom soup is just not up to standard. Didn’t try the cakes so can’t comment much on that , but they do look good from appearance alone .
