I am extremely disappointed and angry about my experience at Haidilao Pavilion Bukit Jalil on January 18, 2025, at 10:10 PM. This incident exposed serious unprofessionalism and unfairness in the arrangement of manicure services.

My family and I waited for more than four hours to try the manicure service, but the staff blatantly ignored the proper queue system. We repeatedly confirmed with the manicure staff, but they completely disregarded us. What made it even more infuriating was that we witnessed them allowing other customers, who had not made any reservation, to enjoy the service ahead of us. This is entirely unfair.

When we questioned the manager, 黄浩杰, he not only failed to resolve the issue but also claimed they were following SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). He stated that the customer had reserved the manicure service when making a table reservation by phone. However, manicure services are clearly arranged through the on-site iPad queue system. His explanation was completely untrue, making it seem like he was lying and ignoring customer complaints.

What shocked me even more was his attitude when we expressed our dissatisfaction. He arrogantly displayed his name tag and said, “This is my name. You can complain about me.” This attitude was not only rude but also showed no professionalism or responsibility, completely failing to reflect what is expected of a manager. Instead, it felt like blatant favoritism or poor management.

When we questioned the manicure staff, she claimed the service had ended, yet she still allowed other customers to enjoy the service without giving a reasonable explanation. This behavior is utterly unacceptable.

I hope Haidilao will uphold its service standards and ensure every customer is treated fairly. The dishonesty and negligence of the staff and manager severely ruined my experience.

This is a warning to future customers: Do not expect fair treatment for additional services like manicures. If the management cannot even follow their own rules, how can we trust their overall service?
