This months old establishment already seems to have a good following judging from the good weekend dining crowd. Hua Yuan Seafood is actually an established seafood restaurant in Cheras operating for many years at Hotel Caliber in Cheras Business Centre. Now relocated to this new place offering much bigger area with many private rooms and a bigger dining hall, more regular customers can enjoy their food. The menu features typical Cantonese cuisine and has a wide variety of seafood dishes as there are seafood tanks outside with life seafood on offer. For a regular family dinner though, we only ordered simple dishes and prices were reasonable. Portion considered huge. Taste meets our expectations well. Good service. Great food and ample parking space especially in the basement car park

Serves a variety of fresh and imported seafood cooked mainly in Cantonese style. Restaurant is quite full in the weekends. Private dining rooms are available upstairs but are not easily available

Lobsters, oysters, groupers, limited crabs are available for selection to be cooked in various ways mentioned in the menu

Unfortunately up to date, they are still unable to install their tanks for fishes etc, so limited seafood availability unless one is prepared to give early notice...

I came here for the CNY Eve Special Set because of the great reviews but was greatly disappointed. Paid RM1000++ for below average food. (Plus, need to pay RM300 in advance).
