Had my dinner here last Sunday with such unpleasant experience. First time and also last time.
The staffs there like don’t understand what the customer said. While eating half way, we placed an add-on order via their QR website. But waited for so long also didn’t serve the food to us. So we afraid to duplicate order. We called a waiter and told her about this. So she placed order for us manually. But didn’t notice is a duplicate order even after we said.
We ordered hotpots and got the update from the waiter that we are allowed to refill the soup for 1 time when she serving our food. When I request a Chinese male waiter to refill for both soup, I think he didn’t hear clearly or daydreaming while working, he only brought one soup and came to our table. I told him nicely that other soup also need to refill. And he said: 早讲嘛 means should tell earlier. ????? Is this the words should say out from a waiter to customer?
After come back from the restaurant only noticed that they charged extra one bowl of udon. Which mentioned earlier in no.1. Called and texted them to ask regarding the refund although is a very small amount but is really ridiculous. By WhatsApp conversation they mentioned will refund RM7.55 (Inc tax and service for the udon), and cannot online transfer, only can purposely go back to the shop and get the money back. Fine. Asked my friend who worked around there to helped me collect but ended up refunded the wrong amount RM6.10. Was wondering how they calculate the refund when the bowl of udon cost rm6.50. And asked me purposely go back their shop to collect the rm1. Why your mistake must trouble me to cover it?
I’m not angry about the rm1 or rm7. But from the day I asked for the refund till just now. They did not give me a sincere apology. From the start of the whole story their attitude was so bad and like don’t care about it.
Spent almost rm50 per person but got this kind of services. Are...
Read moreI recently dined at Sushihan during my visit to Malaysia and unfortunately had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share constructively.
The most concerning issue occurred after we had completed our meal, paid our bill, and left the restaurant. Several hours later, in the evening, we received a phone call from the restaurant claiming they had undercharged us and requesting that we return to pay the difference. The billing discrepancy and the expectation for customers to return after the fact was quite unprofessional and left us uncomfortable about the establishment’s administrative practices.
While the food was okay, it didn’t justify the premium pricing. The salmon sashimi was well-prepared and fresh, which I appreciated. However, the tuna and yellowtail sashimi were disappointingly tough and lacked the quality one would expect at the price point. The specialty rolls, while creative, were overly thick and difficult to eat comfortably. Additionally, the sushi rice in the specialty rolls appeared to be overcooked, which affected the overall dining experience.
Given the high prices, I expected better quality and service. U fortunately, neither met expectations, making this feel like poor value for money.
While I understand every restraint can have off days, the combination of billing issues and inconsistent food quality makes it difficult to...
Read morethere are so many things on the menu but i eventually settled on the chicken osaka ramen. it arrived after about 15? 20? minutes but during that time i grabbed some plates off the sushi conveyor so i wasn’t at all impatient.
anyway the ramen arrived after 15-20 minutes and i immediately noticed the chicken had partially sank under allat soup. i worried it wouldn’t be crispy anymore but honestly it held its texture pretty well until i was 75% finished with it. neat.
i’m not a big mushroom enjoyer so i kind of rushed through the sliced (king oyster?) shrooms once i found out what they were. the way they were cut was misleading because i thought they were chicken slices :(
all that aside, i really enjoyed the ramen, it felt lighter than those with other soup bases somewhat. firm texture noodles with a soup that isn’t overloading.
ice melon tea was a great...
