Orange Premier Hotel @ Taman Segar — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

When I arrived the hotel on the first day, I saw that the toilet board was dirty and covered with feces stains. After I told the frontdesk staff, the staff said that they are not a five-star hotel and it is normal to be a little dirty. Is there someone willing to stay in a hotel with this condition? Is it acceptable to keep having stains after complaining? ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

We stayed first night on Nov 12nd Tuesday. When I look at this hotel website, the photos are very pretty & clean. That is why I am willing to pay $20 more each night to reserve a room at your hotel rather than next door Smile hotel. Stayed 3 nights in the single room. Cleanliness could be improved, there were stains on the walls and in the bathroom, the toilet seat was also not fixed properly. Aircond had a musty smell and was leaking. A full body shower cream is provided along with 2 towels and toothbrush kit. Staff seems to not be focused on their job and sometimes take a while to get up to the counter after calling them, cleaning staff also don't seem to have a proper room as I see them place all their cleaning utilities outside the lift. Also on my last day I had a baby cockroach visit me. The hotel is in a great location nearby MRT, 2 malls, lots of food stalls and a night market on Fridays, the MRT nearby gives ease of transport to shopping malls as well as KL sentral and Airport travel via train.
