Just Good Coffee - Old Klang Road — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Coffee is excellent. This is a great, quiet type of place for those who’s looking for a cafe to sit down and work or write. It’s hidden inside a new developed commercial place in Vivo, and situated right next to 7-Eleven (not the 7-Eleven located along Old Klang Road but behind it). Once you drive behind it, on your left is the green painted building where the 7-Eleven along Old Klang Road is, and opposite the green paint is Vivo (you can see KK Mart). Extend your eye sight deeper past KK and you can see a hidden 7-Eleven and a well renovated coffee shop.

Please improved for the service. Especially for cashier person whose taking order. Please hear carefully when customer order COLD or HOT drink (because it heard similar), or at least repeat and asked customer once more to make sure before print the receipt. Cashier sometimes heard and took it as HOT beverages especially for coffee selections, but I said COLD instead! And this was happened maaany times when I came and ordered.

Update 28/9/2025: Coffee improved with other new staff. I was satisfied with the Iced Caramel Machiato & Yuzu Americano. Good job!

The cafe is called “Just Good Coffee,” but unfortunately my experience didn’t match the name. I don’t mind self-service, but at least serve good coffee. The barista barely acknowledged customers, the latte was bad, and the croissant was so dry it tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. I also wasn’t given a receipt, so I honestly don’t know what I paid for. This place can — and should — do better. And for those wondering, don’t rely too much on the glowing XHS reviews… it wasn’t anywhere near what people hype...
