Sea salt water pool and two humans are allowed in the pool. Recommend to get TnC details from them prior to visit to manage expectations. Standard per pup for my mini dachshund above 40cm head to back is RM65 plus additional RM10 for blow dry (we chose to bath and blow dry him there). Doggie shampoo is provided, have to bring own towels for dog and human. No human toiletries provided. Play time is 1 hour, additional charges with extended play time. Make sure to not let doggo eat 4 hours before swimming to avoid pooping in the pool/around the place. Good pool for pet but terrible service from the staff. I was a loyal customer and I have already been there for more than 5 times. Knowing that it's very full during weekends, I purposely book one week earlier. That person didn't reply me, I have to follow up for many times, and yet he/she told me that it's already full on Sunday. No one apologize, they only apologise for 'forgot to click send' for late reply .What is the point of asking people to book on WhatsApp when they will never reply and prioritize others but you. Terrible service from staff (Peggy) , terrible procedure and SOP! Not even write or say clearly the rules for the swimming pool for the doggies. Simply add the additional charges as she like! Price is so horrible expensive and super expensive and the price is making you shock after billed! I didn’t know it was a extra charger she charged me another RM62.50 for extra 10mins without informing earlier! Especially the penalty not even told us before we booked . Not highly recommended.
