My stylist, Scha, is friendly, professional, and really gets what I’m looking for. She often recommends treatments or new products based on my hair needs, but never pushes for a sale, which I genuinely appreciate—no one likes a hard-sell experience.

This salon is my go-to place in KL. I always go to Elmer for haircuts and Scha for head massages; this is the best combination and service in the salon. They are located on the ground floor of Faber Tower and are hard to miss after you pass through the main entrance. I have naturally curly hair, and Elmer always manages it well. No issue with the hair cut part, just the hair wash experiences was disastrous. The lady scratched my scalp so hard that i have to stopped her half way causing my scalp to have a burning sensation even after the next day. She pulled my tangled hair so hard during the oil application after hair wash. It was so painful that i have to stop her again.
