The Food was Terrible. The Service was Terrible. The Portioning is Terrible.

Terrible Food One of the side dish Cabbage is rotten. When we inform the server, he then went came back with the answer of "my chef said it is normal, it is not rotten smell" We then got quite upset and call the Supervisor over to smell and eat it in front of us. He (Supervisor) then agreed it is rotten.

Terrible Service We were served with tiny portion for all side dishes (with a size of 5cm Diameter and when the server serve us, they will press it down to make it looks more). We asked can we have the side dishes more? the server replied can refill later. We then asked to refill, they are acting they can't see us and take super long just to respond.

As a regular customer of BananaBro. I have quietly asked the staffs about it. What just happened to you guys? Acting so weirdly. We then found out that they are instructed by the Manager (Indian Lady) to do this.

When I looked at the Manager, I straightaway know is 100% the Manager's fault. Because this Manager used to be in "BananaBro Wangsa Walk" Branch.

I experienced the same before i switched over to KL East Mall Branch.

Babana Bro restaurant left much to be desired in terms of food quality and value. Let's start with the curry - it was as thin as water and lacked any depth of flavor. I was hoping for a rich and aromatic curry experience, but sadly, it fell short. And considering the price we paid for it, I expected much more.

The portion sizes were okay, but the taste just didn't justify the cost. I've had better curries at half the price elsewhere. It's disappointing when you pay a premium and end up with something that tastes like it came from a packet mix.

Now, let's talk about the fried vegetables. They were swimming in oil, so much so that it was hard to distinguish the taste of the veggies themselves. I understand that fried food tends to be a bit oily, but this was excessive. It felt like I was eating a plate of oil with a side of vegetables.

Overall, my experience at Babana Bro was underwhelming. For the price they charge, I expected higher quality food. Unfortunately, I left feeling unsatisfied both with the taste and the value for money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and reasonably...

Went there for iftar. Try to book for reservation, but they only allow us to book for their dulang buka puas puasa set which contain like ikan bawal kerala fish and big bro fried chicken? Which i honestly think the combination is a big NO. I rather have my normal chicken 65 with the squid ring. But since that the only option available if you want to make reservation, then i just proceed with it. The chicken was okay. But i prefer the chicken 65 better. But the marinated fish felt totally out of place. Feel like you eating nasi campur at kedai melayu. The fried peris that was serve also already soggy and cold. Not crispy. The sago gula melaka that we had was very bad. The sago was very thick and chewy. Just to add, the bigbro chicken supposed to be like golden brown colour. The one that we had was totally like charcoal black??? Dont know if the oil used was black already.

Overall i think this set is a big NO. Please remove this set from your menu and bring the normal set...
