Breakfast Burger - RM28 SO WORTH IT. HUGE burger for thsi price, hard to get anywhere else. The sauce was amazing, killer 🔥🔥 - green lime & cilantro sauce on top of fluffy tornado eggs that’s super soft and melts with the burger. Buns are well-made, beef brisket is tender and flavourful!! Very good. - A must-order. - 10/10

Beef & Portobello Pie (Bakery) - RM28 Quite pricey for a small-medium sized pie, easily finished eating by 2-3 people. Beef is not extremely hard to chew, and quite spiced. Crust is my favourite as it is crunchy and biscuit-like rather than flaky/soft/crumbly. Good one! 👍🏼 -8/10

Honey Glazed Duck Confit Waffle - RM35 This price for a whole confit duck leg on top of slim buttermilk waffle. Waffle wasn’t too crispy as it took a long time to serve and is squished by the duck, and moistened by the honey glaze. Too much honey will make it a bit jelak. Recommend for duck lovers.* Not my favourite as it was too sweet. - 5/10

Matcha latte - RM20 (incl. oat milk) Good not bad. Runny & smooth. Acceptable price as most matcha lattes nowadays are this price more or less. VERY BIG CUP. Piccolo - RM11 Good price, not bad. Good beans used for the coffee. Aromatic and coffees are worth trying!

Service was not the best. We arrived around 11:45am-12pm and got out seats without wait. The menu are served slow and food as well. There was a big crowd but we saw other tables who arrived later than us get their food first so we were a but annoyed. Staff weren’t very attentive and focused on the customers reactions etc. We were hardly attended by staff after calling many times for help. Waffle and matcha latte took a while. Presentation can be improved.

Food was good but the service here was TERRIBLE. Same with the other reviewers here, I had an unpleasant birthday dinner with my sisters.

Waiter wasn’t attentive, I called him over to get our order and he said to wait. Ok I wait, then a minute or two passed, I saw him chatting with another staff, until I signalled him to come over, only then he realised he forgot to take our order.

Ordered peach strudel and he said still available, after meal was waiting for the strudel but got told it’s finished by another waiter. The first waiter didn’t even bother to let us know it’s already sold out, if we hadn’t asked, I think we’d be waiting for that pastry for ages.

No one collected our drinks at the bar table. Our table is just opposite the bar table and after the drinks have been made, I see it sitting at the table for a few good 6-7 minutes until I pointed it out to my sister if that’s our drink. Have to ask the waiter ourselves to bring our drinks to us after 10 bloody minutes. Service here really no words 👏

After we finished our main courses and time for dessert, first waiter sent us our first dessert but didn’t bother to collect our plates and just leave it like that. Only after the second waiter came with the second dessert, he collected the dirty plates.

Very very rude Store Manager ! Just because I made the payment by using GrabPay, the store manager Afiqah shouted at me say their company don’t accept GrabPay payment and ask me contact their own HQ office to check is the payment gone thru! I was like What? I somemore need to contact ur resturant HQ to check is the payment Successfully received by my own self ?

The store manager somemore told me she din done anything wrong , and I can take her name (with confidence) because the restuarant don’t accept GrabPay , but she don’t understand as a front liner / customer service should not shout at customer

When I told her my GrabPay has successfully deducted and made the payment , She can answer I don’t care whether is ur payment successfully anot coz we don’t accept GrabPay that’s all!

I told her Yes I understand ur company have own policy don’t accept GrabPay , but the problem is on her manners! Not the payment method ! Somemore ask me call their HQ to check payment by ownself ! Should not this be their job!

Is a very serious problem when a staff don’t even understand customer service quality really matter especially on retails business

Anyway I have left my contact to the cashier staff and ask them just call me if ur company account still doesn’t receive the payment that I made via GrabPay! I don’t mind...
