KFC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

2021.05.23#Sunday@1:29pm I dun expect you to show me a smile under the mask, but at least pay attention and perform the quality service of KFC.

I have clearly stated my order requirements: Snack Plate, Original, Breast Only, Milo no ice. But when I received, it is Coke with ice, and spicy chicken. I request to change, but gave me original drumsticks (which I have mentioned no drumstick). So I have to ask to change again to my initial request~ there are no sorry and the expression is like I am the trouble maker.

Secondary, I saw a customer is complaining of long waiting too, which they have performers online to self collect. Then find out the foods is ready, buy the staff just leave it on the table without any informing but keeping people waiting.

I am a regular customer to this KFC. Before April 2021, everything is fine and very welcoming. But my second time experience today is as bad as last time.

I think the staffs need to be trained again before they spoiled the...

Ordered 2 set during B1F1 promotion via KFC app. But food delayed for 90 minutes. Estimated arrival time in KFC app is show 6:15pm but delayed until 7:24pm only I got my dinner. I suppose to get 4 drinks but finally only get 2 drinks. Rider said is the restaurant fault, ask me to check with KFC. I tried to Google, but handphone stated in Google website and land line stated in KFC app both are unreachable. I give up after trying to call for several times. Finally thought can enjoy the food but the coke is no ice and no gas. Fries is soft and oily. Nuggets like over cook. My 2 kids ask me not to order KFC nuggets for them anymore as McDonald's nuggets and drinks is taste...

Dont choose delivery from this branch if you are hungry. Order at 12pm，order collected at 12.33pm，now is 1.15pm but my order is not delivered yet，the driver still in the middle of the road without moving or anything，i dont even know what his doing why it takes so long . Last time from the same branch，it took 2.5hours for me to received my order. NONSENSE. when i received my food is already cool at all，cant even eat and even no any compensate or what. HELLO，i know is not your staff doing delivery，but can you let your staff check on the delivery status？last for the public，there's a lot of choices around here，DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO EXPERIENCE THIS...
