Had a great dinner at Marrybrown Queensville, Bandar Sri Permaisuri! We had specific requests for our chicken order (no wing or drumstick parts), and the team handled it perfectly. The Supervisor (didn’t catch his name), Amira, and Farah were outstanding – their service and hospitality made the experience even better.
As a regular customer of their Bubur Ayam Marrybrown, I ordered two as takeaway along with a Lucky Set to dine in, which I mentioned to Amira. Due to the high volume of customers, Farah accidentally packed everything as takeaway. When I clarified to Farah that I wanted the Lucky Set to dine in, she immediately began adjusting my order. However, one of the male foreign staff intervened and suggested just putting the Lucky Set in a takeaway box on a tray with a paper plate, which I found disruptive. I asked Farah to follow the usual SOP, and the Supervisor, noticing the situation, promptly stepped in to resolve it smoothly.
The atmosphere and ambiance were really pleasant – with the air conditioning working perfectly and the cozy buaian seating adding a nice touch. We enjoyed our time despite the minor issues. The Bubur Ayam is truly flavorful, and their fried chicken is simply the best – crispy, spicy, and absolutely delicious. No words can describe how good it is!
However, it would be great if the team could also look into maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Additionally, if the staff could address the issue of food being served late, which is frequently mentioned in other reviews, it would add even more value to the dining experience. This seems to be a recurring concern, and I hope it’s taken seriously.
Overall, it was an excellent team effort, and I really appreciated the service and attention from the staff, except for the foreign worker, who could benefit from training in F&B hospitality and service. Read moreI love marrybrown but the service at this branch is slow af!!!! It took almost 40 mins for our food to be ready and I only ordered 2 lucky plate combos!! The manager noticed we were a bit frustrated so he offered us 2 small cups of drinks while we waited and I appreciate the thought/gesture. But the damage is done.
Please hire more staff so customers can get their food faster. And your business will be even better. Marrybrown top management, if you’re serious about doing business, then look into this matter at all your branches.
Also, I noticed many customers were not wearing their masks when going to the toilet. When govt lockdown, they are not happy and complain! When govt open up economy, they can’t even wear a simple mask!! Properly!!

Unfortunately, I got drumstick chicken (for Nasi Ayam Penyet) which I believe is different from the picture as displayed.
I don't normalize customer is right everytime. But, we pay for the food. So, we deserve the best food in return. In fact, we went there with an empty stomach, but end up feeling disappointed with the food.
As a restaurant that serve fastfood, I never expected that the service is too slow & nobody of their staff mentioned there would be delayed or anything else instead of keep us waiting.
