A male colleague told me and my friend that all the chicken was sold out today. After we understood, we asked him if there are any others. He said yes, have beef only. After that, we finish ordered food and paid for it, and then we went to the counter. The malay girl at the counter told us that the GCB was sold out, so we asked if there was anything else we could replace. She said filet o fish, double beef etc and then I said change to filet o fish izzit can, she told us that it was OK, and then she asked again do we want to change the drinks ? We said drinks same as before, and then because of her unfocused and unprofessional behavior she yelled us and said " Do you want to change the drinks ! " BTW She was still talking to her colleague! After the food arrived in front of us, the burgers I ordered were all wrong, and there was no order to the one I wanted ! I FEEL VERY ANGRY AND DISSATISFY ! When I order drive thru for ayam goreng mcd, I reconfirmed that please check if they have thigh, if they don’t have then I would order other meals. They confirmed.
Then when I collect my food, they given me chicken wings instead of thigh, I request to change, straight away the waitress rejected and says no more thigh (they never bother go near to check if they have any at the kitchen). Then I request to change my order since it’s not what I ordered. Then because the “refund and reorder” progress is more work for them to do, they decided to go to the kitchen and check. “Blink” in a second, they got me a chicken thigh that they actually have stock.
This is not the first time I experimented like this. It has been more than 30 times already (because I stay nearby, I always patron this outlet), same situation. The waitress/waiter just bring so lazy don’t want to follow what’s ordered on the receipt, don’t want to check if they still have it in the kitchen and just straight away reject what customer requested.

Read moreI visited McDonald's at Taman Midah today, and I must say it was a truly horrible experience. Despite being a regular customer, the service I received was far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, the waiting time was excessively long, which was quite frustrating. But what disappointed me even more was the quality of the food. The ice cream sundae I ordered was served in a container that was barely half full, and the portion of fries I received was subpar, to say the least.

I wanted to provide this feedback directly to McDonald's, but I couldn't find a link or contact information to do so. This lack of a feedback mechanism is concerning, as it hinders customers like me from sharing our experiences and helping the restaurant improve.
I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to address these issues promptly. As a loyal customer, I believe in the brand's potential to provide a better dining experience, and I look forward to seeing improvements...
