McDonald's Sentul UOA DT — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Drive thru about 8 to try the new chocolate cone but is not available, decided to order the normal Sundue Choc.. end up 1 is melted another was ok.. and I just stay opposite the road.. is horrible.. will never visit this even just opposite.. the ssrvice and quality just down the drail .. horrible for a auto-pilot McD system tested for so many years.. simple speechless...

Old review: ** Horrible Big Tiny Mac without the normal big Mac sauce.. and been a few times and always say they out of tomato sauce.. like really?

Old review: ** First time try to order the bundle combo end up the staff make a mistake I got 2 set instead. However there's a Indian lady supervisor (din get her name) that step in.. thought it take a while for the waiting period but she did well on cancellation n change the order. Than apologize for the hiccup.. Hardly see such a good service line...

Drive thru this evening around 630pm and ordered a la carte of 2 pcs spicy chicken with special request thigh part.upon receive i ask the lady again to check one more time wether the chicken part is correct or not.She open in front of me and said yes is thigh chicken.When arrived at home i found both part has no thigh .One is drumstick and one more is chicken breast which i already ate because i am too hungry.This is not about the request but the responsibilities when she confirm the wrong item given to customer .I fully understand if they are busy or running high order but that is only 1cars queue waiting for order and me when i reached there around 630pm on 5/9/2021.plus the chicken is very dried compared to other outlet especially near to shell sentul they serve an excellent food even they always running busy.Chicken not juicy and the texture is dark. DO...

I just wonder if this McD's branch ever read the review here? So many complains on missing order etc. As for myself, 1st incident - Iced Milo - I got the diluted iced Milo, you know the kind of drink with the iced already melt? – Ok, maybe one time issue 2nd incident – Order Spicy Double Cheeseburger set. But came home to find out it’s single. Complaint on the next drive thru the manager very polite in attending on the complaint. Got replacement single spicy cheese burger to compensate the earlier order. 3rd incident – which lead me to this review, ordered McBreakfast Double Sausage Egg Muffin set and ala carte hotcakes. Came home, tadaaaaaa missing harsh brown!!!

Seriously???? This branch really need to work hard and take their sister branch opposite near...
