Reached there before 8am. Just 1 customer dined-in. Another guy was ordering via kiosk. I ordered via kiosk as well. No receipt was issued. I went to the counter, I haven’t finished gv feedback, the staff asked me to order via kiosk. When I said I haven’t paid as no receipt, with muka ketat she pretended like she was trying to solve at cashier but then disappeared wt no explanation. Staff there not friendly at all. The lady who serve for drive thru ( the one who send the order at customer’s car) can say ‘pagi2 nak makan cake apa hal?’ When she needed to send pandan gula melaka order. It’s up to the customer what they one. There’s no right or wrong with that. The customers kept coming in and the manager (lady in blue uniform), just ignored the crowd where the kiosk got no receipt, customers are standing as the most of the tables are occupied with boxes (new stock were coming perhaps), where the section was closed (near the sink, abt 10 tables) yet, she was busy wt cleaning some dust at display box. Usually mcd will verify if we ordered,by our app user name & order no right..?
But this time they gave to the car in front of me Without verifing that person app name
I heard them explain u ordered sekian2 for pickup & alrdy paid
Why wud u tell a person they ordered and paid for it when they dont know abt it, how ridiculous
And i had to wait for them cook my order which i eventually got 9.52pm.
That car in front of me, got free food which i ordered ahead of time bcoz i was running late.
I tried ask for my receipt at 1st window but she said my order not in system. I showed them my mcd app to show proof of order.
Andddd that car in front, their food was ready when i reach pickup a 2nd window & not yet paid (obviously!), they ordered spicy ciken mcdeluxe set & etc
so terrible today's service.

Once i asked for the fries to be put outside the pack. So that i can eat the fries while they are still hot in the car. But the staff put the fries far inside the pack. I had to take out everything from the pack to reach the fries, put everything back into the pack. Lack of attention and understanding when listening to customer’s instruction.
Asked for ribs and wing. Got breast and drumstick instead. What the heck. I dont know wehether the staff recognise chicken parts or not.
Management, please make sure your staff know the chicken parts. Put labels on the hot trays.
Please also make sure they understand customers instructions. Listen attentively when customers speak.
Service quality dropped since new owner took over from Golden Arches. Only the same sign left. Service...
