Shopped here couple of times. Some parking bays are quite tight.
Recent experience. They have a 1 month promotion from 1 to 31 July 2024. Spend RM 180 in 2 receipts to redeem HWC coffee. Yesterday dated 26 July 2024, the advertisement is still on going. Since we are shopping for groceries, might as well spend until RM 180 to redeem the coffee. Went to redeem. Reply was, no more coffee vouchers cos is valid for 100 vouchers only.
Then why didnt you remove the advertisement? Is false info.. Or update with big big words.. Fully redeemed!!!
Want to run promo, encourage shoppers to spend, yet so stingy about giving out vouchers..
There are no signboards to inform you whereabout is the Information Counter. It is hidden. New shoppers may not be aware of this small little counter.

Read morePearl Point: A Grateful Surprise & My New Go-To! I've been absolutely surprised and incredibly grateful to witness the remarkable transformation of Pearl Point! I remember it as an older, less crowded, and somewhat unorganized shopping mall. Now, it has blossomed into a newly organized hub filled with interesting tenants, so much so that it has become my regular go-to for grocery shopping and even lunch or dinner! The entire mall experience has become significantly more comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. It's now buzzing with an array of good, affordable F&B options, from fantastic coffee kiosks to intriguing gift and souvenir shops. Having both Jaya Grocer and Big Grocer under one roof is a massive convenience for my daily fresh grocery needs. To top it all off, parking has become incredibly easy here, which is a huge relief and truly enhances every visit. Pearl Point has truly outdone itself, evolving into a pleasant and convenient destination that I...

It’s always a hit & miss with this place. But they must be doing something right to have survived this long.
RM6.90 polo bun - very dense bun, when I cut into it, I thought I was cutting a piece of meat. It’s not because it’s not fresh, it’s because it’s dense. I actually liked it. And, normally the top crust of a polo bun is crusty, this was pasty. Very unique but it’s actually nice. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
RM12.90 prawn/pork dumpling - this was overly fried till dark brown and hardened. Edible, but not recommended.
RM12.90 tong yuen & soy milk - tong yuen is nice, but soy milk is very...
