Bad Experience - Poor Service Attitude

On January 8, 2025, at 8:21 PM, I ordered two drinks at Mixue: a Peach Jasmine Tea and a Matcha Boba Creamy Drink. When placing the order, we specifically requested pearls for the Peach Jasmine Tea, but the female staff told us that pearls were no longer available, claiming that the Matcha Boba Creamy Drink was the last drink with pearls.

However, when I tasted the Matcha Boba Creamy Drink, it was very sweet, even though we had clearly requested no additional sugar during the order. I approached the male staff to request a replacement, and he realized that the drink should have been made without added sugar. While he was preparing a new one, the female staff stopped him and said once again that there were no pearls left, suggesting that they could simply dilute the original drink with matcha water instead.

I explained that I could not accept a sugary drink, but the female staff showed a dismissive attitude. She rudely grabbed the original drink, forcefully threw it into the trash bin in front of me, and then walked away with a very condescending look that made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

The male staff eventually prepared a replacement drink for me, which still included pearls. This proved that the female staff’s repeated claims of “no pearls” were false and misleading. While I appreciated the male staff’s apology and efforts to resolve the issue, the female staff’s unprofessional and disrespectful behavior ruined my entire experience.

I strongly urge Mixue to provide better training for their staff, especially in handling customer feedback with patience and respect. Although the male staff tried to make amends, this was overall a very disappointing visit.

差评 - 服务态度差，体验非常不愉快

我于2025年1月8日晚上8:21在蜜雪点了两杯饮料：Peach Jasmine Tea 和 Matcha Boba Creamy Drink。点单时，我们明确要求Peach Jasmine Tea加珍珠，但女店员表示珍珠已经用完了，并称Matcha Boba Creamy 是最后一杯有珍珠的。然而在饮用Matcha Boba Creamy时，发现味道非常甜，而我们在点单时已明确要求这杯不额外加糖。

于是我向男店员反映，希望能重新制作一杯。他意识到确实点单时要求了不加糖，并准备重新泡。但就在这时，女店员阻止了他，并再次声称珍珠已经没了，还建议直接在原来的那杯饮料中加抹茶水。我明确表示无法接受含糖饮料，但女店员不仅态度敷衍，还非常不礼貌地拿着那杯原来的饮料，直接在我面前用力丢进垃圾桶，随后翻脸离开，并给了我一个非常不屑的眼神，令我感到极度不舒服。

虽然男店员后来为我重新制作了一杯Matcha Boba Creamy...

8pm || tuesday the staff (indian, tie hair) make me stand infront of the counter like for minutes because he wasnt alert about me being there! why? because busy with his phone!! i ordered two items only (ice cream & lemonade) and he forgot to make my drink!! i was standing there like stupid seeing him playing his phone! then i have to asked where is my drink then later with no sorry he asked other staff to make my them, what with the attitude??? he even serves my ice cream with no apron?? helo?? you go to fnb seminar or not? dont work if u want to play your phone all the time!! manager please monitor your staff! if they dont want to work then dont work!! ughhh that one malay guy wearing cap and apron at the kitchen is nice. icecream and drink is ok...

6/1/2023 - Ordered Cheese Oolong Tea but cashier mistaken original oolong tea. Luckily I spotted the mistake.

Then there are a group of people, around 13 ppl plus few people are waiting for their drinks and ice cream after waited for so long. The service crew at here even forgot to put coconut filings despite already ordered & paid. They still can argue each other who should be blamed, in front of long waiting customers.

Although this is a newly open outlet, due to bad service from the crew, I won't recommend anyone to come here. Unless the service crew changed their...
