I went to nandos pearl point for lunch. I ordered a set of grilled chicken with 2 sides and one promo item. However the chilies were not updated in my apps. I ordered through your service counter. I ask the server why the chili not updated. She advise me to reset my apps and I did. Existing apps I have accumulated 28 chilies, coming to 29 chilies. However because the chilies were not updated in my apps and your service person told me to reset my apps. After doing so all my chilies were gone and then she advise me to fill up my details again. I did that and because of that a new account was created and the chillies today went in to the new account. I ask the manager to help but she don't see a able to speak English and she is not competent to assist me. She ask me to write in the app and I did but till now no one contacted me on this. The service provided in this restaurant outlet is very poor. Also they not able to communicate in basic English. I hope the service here and be further improve. Now I. Hope someone can assist me to retrieve my old account which already has got 29 chilies plus...

My daughter who usually a health freak, i thought this is a better choice for her. She happily pick a wrap which written there with ingredients to have lettuce and tomato along with chicken meat. Yet, we were serve with a wrap with totally zero vegetables. When i prompted their attendants on where the greens part goes... their very first reactions were asking me if i order online n paid online. I was like... yes. Your cashier ask me to do so... and they reacted as if i should be the one to blame since their kitchen has no longer any lettuce. It is not so much on a lettuce issue, but the attitude and the internal lack of communication and from the way i look at it, just trying to get it away things until someone finally make a fuss then they are aware that sometimes details does matter. Read moreLocated at the Pearl Point old wing, visited this restaurant for dinner on Monday night, not very crowded, but calm atmosphere, plenty of empty seats available, and the place is very clean. It requires ordering the food and drinks by scanning the QR codes placed on the table and it will direct you to website where you will be ordering those foods and drinks in the website, and once done, they will deliver you the foods within 10 minutes at least (maybe because it need time to grill those chickens). It comes with handful of sauces, range from spicy sauces to sour, hot sauces that used to serve the chicken, rices and fries. Drinks can be refilled in unlimited times at the machine that provides iced tea, coke and soft drinks.
