It was February 17 2024, I used to come over here and it happens that since it was CNY holiday and I wasn't aware that my wallet got no enough cash then the cashier asked if I got TnG which I said no because I dont use it, instead I asked if I can swipe by card or not and he said they don't have swipe devices so he advised me to go nearby ATM so since my plate is already prepared then I aske him to wait a while so I can go ATM machines nearby to get some cash, but upon returning in abt 25 minutes to pay cash I found out they already returned my plate with all the difference dishes back to the respective trays and I have to line up all over again and this is not the only issue, I mean what if I has contaminated my plateit somehow and do they do the same by redistributing whole contents of my plate to the trays respectively? Read moreWe’ve been customers for more than a year now. The dining area is cleaner than most eateries and they offer some of the best variety of dishes in the area. They offer free tea and free soup though we normally don’t take these. Price is quite fair, though at times a little higher than expected, depending on cashier.
In recent weeks, we’ve been finding quite a bit of browned vege in their green dishes.
We normally just close one eye but today I not only found leaves that should have been discarded, I found black bits in the mixed cauliflower/broccoli dish PLUS a piece of plastic which I almost choked on (circled in orange).
We’re so disappointed as it goes to show there’s a lack of QC in their kitchen. We hope they’ll do something to rectify this. But in the meantime, they’ve lost us as customers.

First time: A large earthworm in the vegetables. I never ordered greens from here again after that. Second time: Small insects in the dish. Third time (now): A mosquito and a piece of plastic in the rice.
Honestly, maybe don't get too distracted with your phone while eating here—you'll want to check your food carefully for "extra ingredients."
On top of that, one thing that made me extremely frustrated was the attitude of a specific staff member (not all, but especially the foreign worker who handles the fried chicken and helps serve rice).
