OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Pearl Point — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I arrived at the Oldtown Pearl Point Shopping Mall. I tried to redeem my birthday meal, tried a few times, cannot because it keep redirect to the main page. Rewards said that it can only be dine in. But the option for the order is only takeaway and delivery. Tried to scan at table but also redirect to the same place. Cannot order anything.

The only good thing is your staff. All very attentive and really try to solve my problem. In the end, Yasmin, your staff decided to buy the nasi lemak rendang herself for me. Oldtown you should treat your staff better.

Lousy interface and make me headache just for ordering. Very disappointed in Oldtown, getting worse year by year. What a waste of my time and excitement! I'm never going to visit again. Just close...

I came here to enjoy my food while having a nice atmosphere. But what I hear is your “manager” and “coffee maker” quarrel with the chef. If you want to scold your staff or what ever its none of my bussiness. But please dont spoil my atmosphere. Just because he is a Bangladeshi doesnt mean that you can shout at him all you want. He is just a normal human being. If you cannot talk nicely then talk in private. I think the whole restaurant can hear your voice “lecturing” the chef. Luckily the food is nice so it cools...

Ordered most basic menu which is toast with Kaya and butter with teh tarik. Teh tarik was perfect but toast was room temp with frozen butter which looked like French fries that was crispy when I bit into the bread. When I informed the staff, she mentioned that the toast is never hot or warm but just crispy (no it wasn’t that crispy). She offered to change it but mentioned a Disclaimer that it will be the same anyways. So why change ? Toast is supposed to be warm n butter is supposed to melt with the heat...
