To ZUS Coffee (Pearl Point Branch),

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed via Grab from your store.

I ordered a drink worth RM15.50, but I never received it. The Grab driver informed me—and provided a photo—that the drink had spilled entirely on the way. According to the driver, this happened because your staff did not pack the drink properly.

This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time I’ve experienced such an issue with your store. Repeated mistakes like this show a serious lack of care and quality control.

I have now wasted both my money and my time. I am demanding a full refund of RM15.50 and expect your team to take full responsibility for this failure.

Frankly, I am extremely disappointed. Because of this repeated poor experience, I will never order from your store again—and I will make sure to warn...

This is one of the most sucks branch of all the ZUS cafe out there! 3xStaff but all have attitude problem, ignorant and rude. Waiting time too long and when I specifically ordered togo with paperbag they do not adhere to the instructions at all, and when drinks are finally ready, when i requested togo they just look at you and ignored you totally and pretending to be busy. I don’t even need them to pack just hand me the bag i’ll dapao myself. It’s like they do not wanna be there. No apologies just jst throw on the counter. Omg..!! Their seating area is like WW3 like an atomic bomb just landed, flooring all gone. I almost trip as it’s safety hazard. Drinks are so lousy and watered down! Avoid this branch at all cost!! Highly not...

Service is considered fast although there are many orders since it was peak hour and its the first time Zus coffee in pearl point mall...I got mine a bit late but the drink was worth the wait. Staffs were nice and they did explained about the menu they have and they don't (since out stock of the ingredients I guess idk) to the customers ..staffs are nice ...I ordered mine through app and after my class... and I always prefer come here since its near to...
