I recently ordered from Nasi Kerabu Golok Pantai Dalam via the Grab app, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From the service to the food quality, everything met and even exceeded my expectations.
First, a quick mention about the staff — even though I ordered online, their responsiveness was commendable. The order was confirmed promptly, and the food was prepared and delivered within the estimated time. It’s always reassuring when a business shows professionalism and efficiency, even through delivery platforms.
Now, onto the food. I ordered their Nasi Kerabu, and the presentation was neat and appetizing despite being delivered. The portion size was reasonable, enough to satisfy a standard appetite without feeling overly full. Every component of the dish was fresh — the vegetables were crisp, the rice was fragrant and infused with that signature blue hue, and the meat was well-seasoned.
The highlight for me was definitely the sambal belacan. It had a good level of spiciness that gave the dish a bold and fiery kick, yet it was full of flavor and not just heat for the sake of heat. For spice lovers, it’s a real treat, but if you have a low tolerance for chili, you might want to go easy on it. That said, it elevated the entire meal, making each bite even more enjoyable.
The pricing is also worth noting — very reasonable considering the quality and authenticity of the Nasi Kerabu. It’s clear they take pride in offering value without compromising on taste.
All in all, my experience with Nasi Kerabu Golok Pantai Dalam was excellent. If you’re craving authentic, flavorful Malaysian fare delivered to your doorstep, this is definitely a place worth trying. I’ll be...
Read moreTL;DR: the best nasi kerabu in Klang Valley, solok lada This place is the bombdotcom. Had no expectations driving into this food court area for a quick bite before heading home. Wow, best decision ever. The sliced beef is soft (not at all chewy and tough) and the freshness of the four-angled beans adds a lovely, crunchy texture to the mixture, complementing the ulam and serunding kelapa that brings the whole dish together. The solok lada, which they don’t have often, was out of this world; the chili and fish paste were soft and moist, with just a hint of santan flavour to tone down the spiciness of the chili. Our only criticism would have to be the rice which we feel was a bit on the softer side. Make a trip here, you won’t regret...
Read moreOrdered via grabfood and the ayam percik was a really small portion...chicken hardly any meat to it and only an egg.. I practically was just mostly eating plain white rice with sauce for my entire meal! For rm10+ certainly NOT worth it. The nasi kerabu was much better in value with bigger chicken portion and with beansprouts and condiments. For rm11+ and a drink can consider reordering. All food packed neatly in styrofoam boxes without...
