I've dropped my Airpods Pro (Right side) in the men's toilet stall while using the bathroom and someone stole and ran away as soon as the culprit picked it up.(Morning 10 AM). I tried to run outside as soon as possible and remember the culprit shoes and pants since I was at the stall myself but with no success proceeded to head towards the information desk. Asked the information desk if they could run the CCTV camera since there was a camera right at the entrance in front of the bathroom and it was in the morning with hardly no people there. The information desk asked me to go to the police station to file for a report so they can review the CCTV footage and investigate. I received the report from the police station and ask to run the CCTV footage then they said they will review it and call me in the afternoon.. Never received the call and tried calling them and they said, there was no incident for them to review the footage. Really disappointed at the management trying to handle this issue did everything they asked for the procedure to review the CCTV footage but no followup. Shame on...

A very small yet quite nicely designed shopping mall in Bangsar South area, with it's tenants mainly focused on food & beverages and really not many shops inside as inside has only anchor tenant (Aeon MaxValu Prime), pharmacies and convenient stores (FamilyMart), don't expecting inside has any fashion stores as it really not a true shopping mall. It's view of the mall interior are mainly open air on first and second floor with decorations of plants, trees, mini waterfall and fountain, while ground floor is the only area where it's totally indoor and air conditioned. The newly refreshed Aeon MaxValu Prime has look better than before as it now sells more premium and imported produces and goods and it's view are more modern and more appealing to most customers just like gourmet grocery store, compared to previously Aeon in same location which quite dull experience and similar to most conventional supermarket. The parking here after 6 PM everyday is just flat rate RM 2 so fees won't be a hassle and a good place for dining on...
