There is only 1 staff behind the whole counter, she is the one preparing the sandwiches and she is the one taking orders as well. What happened to the other staffs?
On top of being slow. There was this extremely rude and loud lady that kept interrupting while I was placing my order, she kept teaching the staff how to prepare her sandwich but at the same time kept saying prepare like how you would for other customers.
She was walking up and down the whole shop from the sandwich preparation counter to the coffee counter yelling Sape tau buat latte? I haven’t eaten since morning, I very hungry… I just woken up… Then she kept yelling, prepare the sandwich like how you would a normal customer…. But then she is trying to guide the staff…. Like make up your mind aunty!
Finally when she got her order, she still manages to create a chaos by asking the staff loudly. Menu say got watercress, how come no watercress…
When I asked the staff who is she, they ignored me.
If she is the boss then I understand why all the bad reviews. I suspect she is boss cause she didn’t pay.
If she is just another customer, then please train your staff to handle people like her.
Just cause she doesn’t know how to behave in public doesn’t give her a right to act like she is at home.
On a different note, can there be a better way to dispose off used coffees instead of banging it against a metal container.

They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, showing genuine care for their customers. I hadn’t been to O’Briens in years and returned today for their Tripledecker sandwich—it was delicious as usual, with all the fresh ingredients I remember. Kudos on maintaining such great quality!
Unfortunately, the experience was dampened by an individual named Judy, who loudly proclaimed her close relationship with the owner and seemed more focused on demanding special treatment than simply enjoying her time as a customer. She spoke in a bossy manner, frequently ‘educating’ the staff on how they should treat her, which was disruptive and uncomfortable for the rest of us. I feel that the owner should look into this situation, as such behavior is unfair to the hardworking employees and does not make for a welcoming environment for real customers.

Read moreNo change, no breakfast! Is this the new policy of O'Briens? This morning at Great Eastern, my friend tried to get an 8am breakfast set but was told they didn't have change for a 100 note. Some of the other people in line before her got their change for cash but when it came to her, they "ran out" of change. She had to go to the Coffee Bean down the road because the only other place open at Great Eastern was Starbucks and there was no way she was going to support THAT.
