Ola! Korea Barbeque Garden — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Came here expecting for some good authentic korean food for lunch but was extremely disappointed. The waitresses were ignorant, did not attend and serve us upon calling multiple times even when they saw us. It was not crowded during the time we dine in, but the staff were busy with their phones. Ordered the set lunch (photo posted) for RM90 and when i asked for refill for the sides i was rejected... the portion for the set meal was not worth RM90. we then ordered another dish and only then, they refill the sides for us. The set came with dessert according to the menu, and so we asked for dessert (was not served even after we've done eating and paying) the waitress told us it's coffee. we asked for take away but they denied as they dont do take away for drinks.... it was an unpleasant experience here and i would not...

A place where u can have korean bbq without smelling like one later. I went out of the restaurant smelling like I was before, in fact the same shirt can be worn the next day without any smell. Food is great though a little on the expensive side. Friendly boss who would make rounds to check if the food are ok and he give free dishes like raw fresh crab, which I dont think its my thing to enjoy the rawness of the crab. I eat 3/4 of the raw crab just to show some respect since the boss encourage and try to promote it so much.

Smoke duck and pork is a definitely must try... The boss says that cooking meat over slow heat have lower calorie. Services are quick, evrionment looks different that other korean bbq which are normally cramp up, its rather...

Food was good and authentic. We went there with a toddler and the owner gave us a room to ourselves. It was great because that means we didn't have to worry about our toddler bothering other diners. And we were pleasantly surprised when we were served a side dish of fried eggs which we assumed was for our toddler- very thoughtful.

Food here is not the usual that you would find in most regular Korean places because they serve authentic Korean food. Generous side dishes and we even got an extra bowl of soup stock in case we needed refills for our noodles. The serving sizes are generous and the prices are very reasonable.

We will definitely come back to try more of their dishes next time! So happy to have...
