Starbucks SOHO KL — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Coffee quality is a hit and miss here. If you don't get an extra shot (RM1.50), the latte is very diluted. Once when I was dining in, the latte I ordered tasted like plain milk. I got them to add more coffee which they did willingly and apologized for it. But it happened again and that time I had a take out so I was not bothered to go back to ask them to rectify the drink. Ended up adding more coffee on my own. Another time when I was around, all the unoccupied tables upstairs were filled with dirty cups and plates. So I couldn't sit in the cafe. They need to buck up on providing better service to customers. The merchandise here are the usual ones. No special merchandise offered here. A very well known place for everyone to enjoy good coffee, quenching your thirst. Selection of coffee made available to with a moderate price that suits your budget. The staff were all the time very friendly, making this place much more comfortable besides its cleanliness. Located in Plaza Dutamas, finding a car parking is not an issues ( includes for the disbale ) despite the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Staff not working properly

Not taking orders from customers properly just keep singing and playing with their friends.

Tables are dirty (insects near the coffee machine)

Ordered matcha expresso (new menu) They wrongly made it.tastes very bad... my drink colour looks like an alien brain exploded.

Very loud and nosiey staff. (All staff who worked on 5pm thursday )

If shop manager is reading this please teach them and i dont think starbucks HQ is not happy with this...
