It happened today. I was with my colleague. I ordered W602. Which is Chicken Chop with Mushroom Gravy. After 10 minutes the person that took my order, came back with mushroom soup. I thought it came as a set and did not paid too much attention to it. Then my colleague had her meal, tomyum soup, which was served in a coconut husk.
Anyway, I waited and waited and about half an hour of waiting, I just couldn't stand anymore, I asked what is the matter with my chicken chop? The answer was, I did not ordered Chicken Chop. I told her that I ordered W602. Which she replied, yes, W602 is mushroom soup. I went back to the table, and I took out the menu. I checked the code one more time, W602 is chicken chop, which is RM17.50, and comes with mushroom gravy and not black-pepper gravy.
I showed the person that took my order, then she said that i should say W600. The W600 is plain chicken chop and state in the ordering slip that I want with mushroom gravy. Now, at this point in time, I'm just too hungry to care and I didn't have the time to argue because it is my lunch break.

This has unfortunately led to customers being turned away, resulting in lost sales. I've specifically observed this happening more frequently when your local managers are not present. I was particularly disappointed when a foreign staff member turned off the air conditioning at 9:25 PM, seemingly to rush customers out by 9:30 PM, while we were still dining in.
