While the food was reasonably decent, my overall experience was marred by poor customer experience. During my visit for pork noodles with pork lard, it became apparent that the staff could benefit from better training. On top of that, my date and I had to wait at the front entrance until we took the initiative to inquire about seating availability.
There were two square tables placed adjacently, seemingly designed for around 6 people. These tables could have been easily separated to accommodate two couples, demonstrating a lack of critical thinking on the staff's part.
To add to the frustration, a family promptly occupied these tables. The lack of clear direction or assistance was disappointing. Even when we asked about the status of our table, we were instructed to place an order first, without any clarity on whether the seating was being prepared or not. They told me our table was at the end of there pointing at the far end.
In light of this experience, I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement: Comprehensive training in effective floor management, particularly during peak hours. Incorporating basic rapport-building techniques into customer interactions. Enhancing communication skills while engaging with patrons. Reconsider food portions for the prices being charged.
Ironically, the establishment boasts a sign on the wall that reads, "Food Tastefully Served with Love." Regrettably, the demeanor of the staff did not mirror this sentiment, as their lack of smiles and warmth was conspicuous.
I hope these suggestions are taken constructively, as I believe they could significantly enhance the overall dining experience at your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed with the service provided. We have ordered pork noodles and have remarked for no visceral in the dish. However, we were served with noodles with visceral on both noodles that we have ordered. It was fine initially as we know mistakes do happens and we quickly notify the waiter about it. Both noodles were brought back into kitchen and we thought they will prepare a new one without all the innerts. Soon, when the "new" pork noodles were served, a strong pork visceral odour was come along with the serving and we knew that what they did was just remove all the innerts in the kitchen and serve back the same bows to us! Due to starvation, we have no choice but to eat the serving. Come on la, do u know that most of the people don't like visceral is because of the smell and taste? If the odour can be removed by just removing the innerts from the dish, why do we bother to ask u to not to put it in the dish in the very first place when place order? You make yourself looks higher class than other hawker in term of shop design and price but your way of serving are lower even compared to most of the hawker who serve this dish! Not worth to pay u this price and for the yakky meal! In the end of the meal, we also found some small pieces of pork liver which were unintentionally left by the "clever chef" which again proof that our dish were the same from the begining. If you are not honest with us about this small matter, how about other thing such as your ingredients that u use in kitchen? Can we really trust the quality of the serving? It really makes me...

PORTION:- 3 of my friends order pork noodle , when they order came, they miss out few ingredients. 2 bowl of pork noodle without pork lard and another without pork intestine. Portion was good
STAFF:- When we found out thereās missing ingredients in our orders. We ask for the waitress (Karmun)told her that thereās missing āpork intestineā in our pork noodle, the waiteress then ask(my friend tried to find the intestines infront of the waitress but couldnāt find ), still not satisfied she even point out and ask us to look for it more carefully at the part we probably miss out, and we keep stir and look for that one ingredients. ( IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO ASK YOUR CUSTOMER TO DO SUCH THING AND ITS VERY RUDE) ā¦
PRICE:- For a bowl of pork noodle cost about rm25+ is pricy , and you can definately get better quality pork noodle outside and cheaper too. but with that kind of attitude and service given and I still need to pay for the service charge l, definitely make the whole dining experience bad.
PS: - they only give 1 small piece pork lard and 1 piece about 2 cm pork intestine in a serving of...
