Love their pizza here! Always taste so yums and freshly baked! Especially the melts and veggie lover, our all time favourites. They even remember their regular customers fav which is very heartwarming 🥹 This branch will always be our fav go to dinner/supper place 🥰 Ms Thana is very helpful and friendly too as she always makes sure that our food is correct and ready at the right time. The rest of the staffs there are super friendly and well mannered too.

Good place for a quick fix. A new place. small but spacious, equipment and personal hygiene is taken care of. Pizzas are hand made by staffs still need to get familiarize with their SOPs, compared to other "matured" branch. It has its own washroom, compared to other commercial centers.

I had a very good experience with Ms Thana yesterday! I made a mistake which is I suppose to order delivery but I wrongly selected self collect. After like an hour, I was curious my food has not yet arrives, but at the same time, Ms Thana called me. She double checked for me that I was selected self pick up. What I feel impressed was she Noticed I used to order delivery! She is such a caring and understanding person! She immediately rearrange a driver for my pizzas, and also she heat up my pizza for me🥹🥹🥹! They were still hot and yummy!😍😍😍 Meanwhile, she also gave me an extra mushrooms soup and a cup or drinks! She also noticed my son love pepperoni pizza in my past orders record! Wow! Really impressive and I think Pizza Hut should rewards her as a great stuff ever!!!! We're sincerely appreciate an excellent service from her and will definitely give up on Domxnxs pizza! Hahaha Thank you so...

20th June 2021 - HUGE disappointment in my experience with Pizza Hut.

We have order two regular pizza from this outlet. The pizzas are literally tasteless and not even qualified to be sold to customer at all. Only a small area of centre part got taste. The rest of the pizza surface only got a super thin layer of cheese. Other outlet at the very least put more ingredients into it and make it decent.

I order Pizza Hut because I want to celebrate this day with my father and family. Now everyone is unhappy with the pizzas and the mood is ruined. So this is how you going to ruin my father day, PIZZA HUT?? This is what your corporate value is?

I don’t care whatever corporate exercises you are undergoing; be it reducing unit cost or labour or whatever. Screw the SOPs. Pls make a decent pizza for...

Usually I'm ordering Pizza Hut from the Shopee or Grab apps and it always takes and hour or so to arrive . But lately , I face severals issue with the apps and it leads me to order directly from the website and personally i felt this would be the better way to order ... A lot better . It only took less than hour for the pizza to arrived and the best part is they were facing an unavailable rider while my order is on the list but the manager(Ms.Hannah) really doing her best abilities to solve this issue like a back of her hand easily .
