KFC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

First of all I’ve been coming to this kfc branch from the past about 14 years. All the while as previously we used to enjoy those dishes with no issues, also the service was efficient & sometimes okay okay. But after all these years, was completely frustrated & disappointed - referring to recent time we went. Started at month as December 2023 , we found the service was so bad till we had to wait for the fried chicken about 30minutes & end up receiving those choices which we didn’t request (asked for original/hot & spicy with those specific parts ) but received all original with drumsticks which we didn’t request that for neither. Also there was only one / two person as a cashier that time, she was looking so unhappy. Hence we understood that how she’s been going tru, despite she was unfriendly. Between now , we go for the very recent one which has happened today. Gues what , this time was about the fried chicken we ordered including the twister as well. All were extremely hard , cold & tasteless. Worst ever experience I had by eating such a super hard kfc fried chicken, even the twister roll. Since that I doubt that whether was all these dishes were prepared freshly today or re heat those which has been kept from last morning or yesterday’s one either. All of us had the doubt tho.

I believe you guys need to counsel those workers & improve, or If it still persist do immediately replace a new team with more dedication & professionalism. Or else your restaurant branch is...

Went here for dinner at 9:50 PM the other day after a long day at work. I knew it was quite late and felt bad for the staff who needed to prepare for closing. However, to my relief, when I asked if I could still place an order, the staff responded warmly and assured me they were still accepting orders. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, without a hint of annoyance (kalau kat outlet lain memang dah kena jeling je lah). The store was clean, and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I requested my favorite chicken part, and they fulfilled my request perfectly. The cheese wedges were generously topped with cheese, which was delightful. Even as more customers arrived after us, the staff continued to treat everyone with the same friendliness and respect. If there were an award for the best outlet in the KFC's chain, I would nominate this one. Highly recommend for its excellent service and...

Tried the 9-piece chicken for RM 36.00 deal (14-16 June 2024; via KFC app only) here.

Ordered on KFC app at 5:46pm and order was ready for collection at the counter at 5:53pm.

Chicken were freshly fried and piping hot. Crispy outside. Juicy inside.

I requested for 6 drumsticks in my order message. They gave me 6 drumsticks.

Many take-away orders today, so the chicken were freshly deep-fried.

Customer service was OK. Many staff today, maybe because it's Saturday + KFC deal over the weekend. Heaps of tomato sauce satchels and serviette tissues in the bag.

The chicken didn't have a lot of crispy batter (thick crispy batter is typical of KFC, which I like).

Hot and spicy didn't taste hot and spicy.

Some pieces didn't have sufficient seasoning, thus were a bit bland.
