Went for dinner n before reaching the shop we noticed one of the brothers was waiting anxiously for customers What a dramatic change from pre pandemic days when it was full n we had to wait for our turn Then we began to understand this pathetic situation - rice was not properly cooked, soup was salty, portion served for 2 pax in a small bowl n the biggest shock-very pricy. For 4 pax with veg, tau pok, yau char kwai n 3 bowls of kidney & liver soup we're charged RM130! Quantity n quality hv deteriorated just like the beef noodle shop whose Mynmar staff run the shop and the food was lacking in the usual taste. Doubt we'll patronise these...

I grew up eating this place for decades. This place is run by three brothers and they really mastered their craft for BKT. The taste is seriously heavy and you’re not here for healthy food. But it’s seriously worth the try. Drink their soup and you’ll know what I mean.

I recommend the Teow Chew style BKT. (Three layer slice pork, pork intestine, chicken feet) mixed, pork liver, oil rice, taupok and fried sticks. Hopefully 30 per pax.

We called this “Four brothers BKT” is one of our favourite BKT. They used to be at Jln Ipoh/old Genting Bus station which moved to this new location almost a year! The 4 brothers still as friendly and they open from lunch until 9:30pm except Monday. If you like old school style of BKT then I highly recommend order soup and their braised pork (any part you like).
