Restoran Patatimo — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

First of all, i rarely give bad reviews like this, but I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. Most of them SANGAT SANGATLAH BIADAB!!

I highly recommend avoiding this place due to several issues. I arrived at 12:40 am, seeing online that the restaurant is open until 3:00 am and there were still customers eating. When i asked about ordering, a staff member (lelaki) said to scan the menu, but the system said the restaurant was closed. Another staff rudely yelled to order at the counter.

At the counter, they were complaining loudly in front of customers saying, “Still got people?” which felt unprofessional. Since i was hungry, i placed my order anyway. When the food arrived, it didn’t match the picture it was missing a “telur mata”. When i asked, the staff (PEREMPUAN PENDEK) rudely responded, “Don’t know! That’s just how it is!” And she just left us without addressing our request.

To that lady, if working late is an issue, perhaps consider other hours ya!! And to the owner if you don’t welcome customers after midnight, don’t list your hours as open...

Previously came here at around 3pm, we scanned the menu on the table and takes time fikir nak makan apa, but when we want to place order turns out tak boleh cause all the menu are not available. Even air pun not available lol, shd have told us from the start..bila tanya the guy at the counter he said air je boleh order but we tried again the apps..bullshit air pun xleh place order, was so hungry that time so decided to just settle for another place, but the next time i come in a bit earlier to tapau, around 11am, to me the food here is quite overpriced plus the ulam nasi kerabu also different from real kelantanese punya kedai (speaking as a kelantanese myself) so will i repeat? Obviously NO, teh ais tapau also sikit giler amount, sedap rasa dia sbb thick dia punya teh, but the price doesn’t...

nice experience for whom new at there.. expecially for youngers to hang out and chill. that is my very 1st opinion. i dont start describing it yet haha.. so how do i start over? let me tell u how do this restaurant work. 1st of all... u must understand the "corner-lot shop style". must have many chair and table outside and its quite close to each other. if u are kind of doesnt like the hear the noisy sound of people chatting, u can dine in inside. two option. 2nd thing is, they provide shisha and u can smoke-up outhere with no worries. 3rd..they provide nice food and beverage still can tied your heart and family members. thats all for now.. next time i'll will bring along my phone to snap some great pic. thanks...
