A shout out to salesperson, Jake! He is very experienced and customer oriented staff. I did built-in wardrobe with M&J and I'm glad I was being attended by Jake. He is very responsive to all my queries. During the installation for one of the wardrobe, there was abit of miscalculation of the width though the 3D design was given to me earlier. I overlooked about the measurements and only to realize the width was smaller during installation. I raised my concern, and there goes Jake and the team, the installers! They have been very empathetic and immediately solve my problem on the same day and fixed it according to what I wanted! This is what I called a "Great Customer Service Experience" as they deliver the results according to customer's expectations! I am very satisfied with their sales person Anson 👍 , he is very professional, quick enough to understand client need, and provide a few proposal of design to customer, and he and his team is patient and professional enough to revise of the 3D based on the request from customer. And it is amazing that the 3D design is exactly same with the actual cabinet installed. Anson is very polite and very quick when response to any query.
