hmmm. where do i start...oh, bad. real bad. greeted by mushy smell when i walk in. waiter/ waitress dont know what they are doing as if there is no SOP. rice is not mushy, but it is too sour. best flavoured sushi topping is most probably crab filamen with mayo. heck even their tamago sushi tasted wrong. tempura? i was expecting thick flour coating, soggy, but i get coat that is barely there, like the flour coat dropped off along the way, and it is HARD as rock. they give dipping sauce though. so you can dip the prawn in and leave it there till the end of the meal and it will still be hard. salmon sashimi has the whole skin lining on it so it is hard to chew. js when i thought zen sushi is sub par, this is way way way below that. im not expecting high grade high standard, but it is not right to open a restaurant so that im served food that i can cook better myself, and i dont cook. so no. dont go. waste of time, money and made my mood went down the...

Major let down!! Ordered Tempura Ramen and Smoke Duck Ramen BUT was delivered with COLD soup eventhough the bowl was warm. It seems to be a microwaved food.

Asked the waiter for an exchange after merely tasting the soup and felt that it was cold. But due to language barrier, the waiter doesn't seem to understand our request despite we try to speak in multiple languages.

The waiter later on came back with both of our order, but the Smoked Duck Ramen remains to be COLD and the waiter somehow mentioned that "this one cannot change", which I don't quite understand why it cannot be changed as we merely wanted our food to be served hot.

The waiter again took the Smoked Duck Ramen bowl to the kitchen and later on, on the third return, was finally served with at least a warm soup.

I don't really quite understand how did a simple food order went south and the basic of serving the food hot was not done.

You'll get your simple selection of sushi (Min RM 1.70 +++) to Inaniwa udon serve cold that's RM 40 in Rakuzen but RM 19.90 HERE.
