I came to this outlet today just to buy a cake, but I left feeling really upset. This is the first time I’ve ever felt so annoyed that I had to write a review. There was a trainee girl, wearing a hijab, and her attitude was very rude. I’m okay if someone doesn’t smile or talk much, but the way she looked at me was so unfriendly like we had some kind of problem, even though we didn’t say anything to each other. I just chose my cake, paid, and that was it but her attitude felt really off. I had just walked in from the hot weather outside but she was inside, working in an air-conditioned room, and still acted like I was bothering her. It didn’t make sense and it felt very unprofessional. Please do something about the staff’s attitude. I saw other people saying the same thing about this branch, so I know I’m not the only one. I was there just now. Order a lunch set which is the Penang Assam Laksa and ice lemon tea. Sadly after half and hour wait, the staff told that they forget to key-in my order, very very dissapointed! I've need to work on 12pm..but i extended it 15mins late to wait for my order, however the staff talk a lot than working, until they forget my order..plus other customer who just arrive behind me, has already received their order than me. Sorry to say, with you're quite expensive tax that you collected from customers, and here is the way you treat your customer. It is really bad review from me. Sangat mengecewakan! Totally disappointed. I ordered two pieces of cake takeaway last month out of my periodic craving for sweet treats. Those two cakes were tiramisu and layered chocolate (forgot the real name). Yeah, I had two cakes in one setting, no jokes. Haha. The cakes I had were so fallen apart, texture-wise. When you bit into the cakes, the texture just wasn’t there, so dry up, and dead sweet. The cakes just couldn’t deliver their own taste profile, the only sensation I felt for the cakes are the sweetness, in a guilty way. Overall, I couldn’t enjoy much from binging on those two cakes.
