Dear Burger King Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service that I received during my recent visit to your branch at Burger King Bandar Sri Permaisuri on the date of 27/04/2023 between 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm. the food we ordered by 01:20 pm and we did not receive the order except by 02:02 pm and the order was incomplete. The manager MR. ZAAFRAN was helpless and he was not able to serve all the customers and on top of that he was giving excuses.

This delay in service caused me great inconvenience, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I believe that this level of service is unacceptable, particularly given the high standards that I have come to expect from your establishment.

I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to ensure that such delays do not occur in the future. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, I expect that your team will do everything in their power to maintain the high standards of service that...
