Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at KFC Bandar Permaisuri KL Branch
Dear KFC Malaysia Headquarters,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service and handling of my recent order at the KFC Bandar Permaisuri KL branch, located at No. 22A Jalan Dwitasek 1, Dataran Dwitasek, Bandar Seri Permaisuri, 56000 Kuala Lumpur.
Incident Details: • Order ID: 119847663 • Order Time: Around 4:00 PM • Delivery Time: 31st December 2024, 5:14 PM • Items Ordered: • 1 set Snack Combo (2pcs) • 1 set 5pcs Combo • Total: 7 pieces of chicken • Special Requests: 5 thigh pieces and extra chili sauce
Upon receiving my order, I found the following issues: Instead of 5 thigh pieces, I received 6 pieces of chicken breast and only 1 thigh piece. Despite my clear request for extra chili sauce, I was only provided with approximately 10 packets of tomato sauce, with no chili sauce at all.
Outraged by these repeated mistakes, I immediately went to the branch, which is just 5 minutes away from my location. However, none of the staff took responsibility for the error. One employee even tried to claim that the 6 pieces were “ribs.” This explanation is both inaccurate and unacceptable. Where were the 5 thigh pieces I specifically requested? Additionally, why was chili sauce completely missing?
This incident is especially frustrating because it is the second time I have faced such negligence at this branch. I previously lodged a complaint about a similar issue but did not receive any response.
Although the issue was eventually resolved during my visit to the branch, the experience left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I recorded a video during my visit and can provide it if needed.
I urge KFC Malaysia to take this matter seriously and ensure better training and supervision of your staff to prevent such incidents in the future. Customers should not have to deal with repeated mistakes and poor service, especially when paying for their orders.

i order 2egg tart with teh tarik via apps n go for pickup. Apps show ready on 4.42pm. i reach there on 4.53pm go to the pickup counter n i had been told need to wait 6mins more, the egg tart isnt ready. i walk to somewhere beside the cashier counter n wait there. The cashier counter had no workers there(someone squart below the counter playing phone)n she shocked by my apperance after she saw me.
Meanwhile i believe work shift switching on 5pm. Workers are chit chatting around n 2workers seems to get off soon. Therefore cashiers are not taking care of my Egg Tart combo until i saw workers in the kitchen packing it up. But he left the packing at the kitchen(not delivering to counter for pickup), until i asked the cashier, the cashier go checkup with kitchen workers n bring it on. Yet the story still havent finish, now 5.15pm the workers clicking on the machine for teh tarik. Im not sure the machine had big problem or the workers is so new to handle the machine, teh tarik had spoiled 3cups n the 4th cup only ok to serve. End my pickup experience here more than 30mins from APPs(est 4.42pm)
Few days ago i order delivery via apps n i feel strange(compare to my previous order experience), the chicken's parts delivery wasnt accordingly to my request, n the cheezy wedges was serve strangely.
My experience with this store was great few months ago, therefore i believe there is workers changes within these few months n the new batch working behavior had not meet the standard.(@KFC HQ pls take it seriously n train workers up to the standard pls)
**i saw google review comment had good comments on "staff good service" But i believe it was commented by those " staff friends" tho.

Read moreThe Foodpanda delivery kind of cheated us with the time allocated for the food. I only decided to order foodpanda because it states it's 45mins only. Or else I would've dined out. The food not only came to me 2 hours late, the food that I've received has been changed slightly as well. I've ordered two sets of spicy chicken and 1 of the herbs chicken but I got 2 set of herb chickens instead and 1 set of spicy chicken. I was thinking that the wrong order is acceptable since they were having such a chaotic night.
However, despite the long wait, the chicken that arrived, some of them are just super cold that they are like rock hard while 2 pieces of them have raw bits inside which is fully red like it's still bleeding. Not to mention that my nugget set comes with fries but they replaced it with potato wedges and the box only has like 4 SMALL pieces of it. I also didn't receive any sauces provided.
Overall, I don't fully blame KFC for having the delayed time for my food delivery but at least if you're going to take 2 hours to make my food, at least prepare it properly and according to your standards. I also feel that if you're going to replace my fries with wedges without letting me know, at least replace it with a decent amount of wedges and not try to pull some daylight robbery by just giving 4 tiny...
