Bring me to write this review in this morning. I think I observed their competency in servicing & preparing f&b for more than 10times, your staffs competency are wayyyy tooooo out from the service line. Barista taking too slow in preparing drinks Today morning (26/1/23), 4 staffs, 1 handle counter (she's fine), 1 guy handle foods (his everywhere), 1 guy preparing drinks( 10cups on the queue and he didn't finish it yet still want to busybody helping the staff handling counter area), then he stopped preparing the drinks, and in charge for counter??? Then leave it the empty cups for 5 mins? Hello time is ticking bro. Until the pastries guy step in to prepare. The heck?? Buat kerja half way.. what kind of competency is this?? The 4th staff, runner.. lucky her as runner. Korang tahu kan, starbucks servicing is how? Order prepared, then you guys need to call out name. Tahu kan? Tolong la jangan kedekut suara, panggil la nama customer with mid to high pitch of tone. Suara laki ke perempuan, panggil mcm dalam celah kain

C'mon starbucks, you guys can do better! Tapi bila sembang, tahu pulak nak riuh! The heck.

Nonsense! I’m waiting for my food I’m sooo hungry!! I ordered 2 items. 1 of it is out of stock and I’m expecting someone to call me for a change or at least inform but NO. Nobody calls me abd out of sudden my order got cancelled without knowing any reason further! 😡 you know how inconvenience for me who just finish work and got hungry ? What kind of unprofessional service you’re giving to waste your customer’s time like this and irresponsible! Nonsense if you don’t have any stock then don’t open for business! Close and sleep until 10am wake up lah open to cancel order like this? Wake up...

Twice visits they did not prepare my order. First, I have to query about my donut and its still in the display rack. Second visit, while ordering the cashier took out the chicken crockpot to the counter. I was already happy thinking this time they won’t miss. After 10 mins, I asked and my order is still outside hidden behind the oven…from their conversation it seems one staff asked the other staff to reheat but it was placed behind the oven instead…🙄 Starbucks, Please bring back creamy...
