The MET Corporate Towers — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

I recently visited this location after seeing the advertisement on the digital billboard and near the entrance, which promised "First Hour Free Parking." However, there was no mention that this offer only applies on weekdays. The ads were quite misleading, and when I asked the guards, they simply pointed us to the basement and said, "Yeah, the direction showing free parking for visitor is there (basement)." Had I known that this was a weekday-only offer, I wouldn't have driven, especially since I live just 5 minutes away.

This was a newly opened building, so I thought it would be a cool place to check out. Unfortunately, the building was barely filled, food options were limited, and the overall experience was a letdown. To top it all off, I ended up with a RM 5 parking bill for a visit that lasted less than an hour, which made an already disappointing experience even worse. The security is freaking noob and their communication system and management system is worst. Came here for work, arranged an event, 1stly, they talk like no manner, can't even speak in proper Malay or English and worst part is they can even play phone while talking. 2ndly, we had a 2 days event, we took the working pass, while we were still on duty, the security keep asking me for the working pass, everytime I go to LG for loading and unloading items, the security keep reminding me for the pass like I'm gonna run away right now. The building and people are overall good but one disappointing thing is the security, i was picking up food and the guard came to me with a rude behaviour…. This is unacceptable as i was being nice to him but still talking to me in a rude way, i even spoke English to him and ask him why he was being rude to me and he gave me some BS excuse about management??
