My wife ordered roasted chicken sub on 02/09/2020 08:35:43.
The meat was still partly frozen cold, and cheese was partially melted. I requested replacement, however, Adi/Arid, the staff, was very rude and seems does not believe my complaint. I insisted him to touch the patty if is it still cold or hot. Reluctantly, he proceeds only to replace it with new hot patty on original bread which was in contact with cold patty. This is against standard food handling and hygiene.
When I asked for whole new replacement, he said I need to pay for the new one. I PAID for the new sandwich as it not expensive item but it’s matter of principle and reflecting poor handling of my food as well as staff training of an established food chain. My new receipt no is 1/A-60482-215632 on 02/09/2020 08:49:03.
Seriously, this branch and Subway management need to ensure all staff are trained to have basic knowledge on food hygiene and handling.

Read moreThe staff varies, one of them being notorious out of the staff stationed in this chain. At certain occasions, it's the staff that's the norm from previous years that gives the decent customer service it does.
I've only seen them at night so far, maybe it was a coincidence that I kept being served by the not so favourable staff member of this year that has shown up in the reviews. For that, I'm annoyed that they're doing the job with a depressive, annoyed attitude that I'll have to deal with whenever I'm entering this chain for a sandwich unless it's the staff that isn't mentioned from the reviews.
