Subway @ Sunway Wangsawalk Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Absolute horrendous service, the staff was incredibly rude, was in no rush to take my order as their personal conversations seemed to be more important and on top of all that they DENIED me of ordering my sandwich the way I want (which is supposed to be the chains whole selling point???) then they way over toasted it so it was a little burnt and hella dry and they even insisted for MINUTES even though the system wasn’t down and they let the person infront of me pay by QR and eventually they let me pay QR as well but what a god awful mess. Honestly my experience here lowkey makes me (an avid subway consumer who gets subway at least twice a week) wanna never order from a subway ever...

I really just have a really bad attitude from the lady who working as a manager in the subway. She got for me a bit of sauce in my foot-long and she went to charge me extra so I pay 26 ringgit and I give her the sandwich to it because really I’m not happy and also I hope my review they can reach to everybody because Subway last time they put more food for the people in the in the sandwich now they put just a little bit the stuff they like they don’t have enough training and really I’m not happy and I not recommend subway to...

Please take action on your worker (uses pink makeup on her eyes), I clearly told her chicken slice and even said todays wednesday so chicken slice is the promo right? She nodded and then proceeded to make me a spicy Italian. Then called a short girl to put the veges and be at the cashier as she got on a phone call and just ignored the short girl. The short girl asked her for confirmation what the order was and the phone girl said "Spicy Italian"... She is useless, making others fix her mistakes while she gets on...
