The cashier staff (Malay girl, specs) was so rude. I understand that it's so busy bcos of the promo, and u r also stressed. But don't treat customers like shit pls

Last day of promo, but only 2 people working so I get it. I also worked in fnb so I didn't mind waiting.

But the below incident made me gave a bad review here:

When my order came up, you didn't mention my order number. So when I suspected that my order was ready, I went near the counter . Then when you finally mentioned my order number and when i went to take my food, the cashier had time to ask "Tak dengar ke i panggil tadi". No I didn't hear, bcos u were busy making the drinks and u didn't even call my number at all. So I had a bad experience here,

Manager, pls train your staff to talk to customers properly, all of us are paying...

My first time purchase Taco bell at sungai weng plaza. Unexpected behaviour person at counter unpleasant attitude while customer waiting at in-front no greeting at all. She notice me at counter continuously do their things. It look like i begging food for this person. ? I been standing’s like bullshit, While eyes contact with cooking area person “Who gonna take my order ? She or anyone else ? Luckily man attend my order , credit for that. Food is ok . Cashier nama Amira tudung girl yesterday was ok 30th of August. Today maybe bz day coz of the promotion 7.95. understood y'all are tired . Amirah jangan la hempas semua benda. And asking the customers in a very rude tone. Nk apa ?! Beef xada?! I'm here as a customer I'm not Ur friend and asking for a free meal.
