KFC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Since we are staying nearby, we've been getting our KFC from this outlet for many years, but the service is deteriorating. Despite their recent renovation, the dining area and washroom remain quite dirty, and the washing/basin area is particularly filthy.

The staff's rudeness has become more noticeable, and there have been several instances where they provided wrong or missing items during both delivery and take-away. Sometimes, they forget to include sauce and cutlery, so it's essential to check everything before leaving for take-away orders. As for delivery, there is nothing much you can do about it…

Today (27th July 2023), there was only one customer and two delivery riders when I visited, yet it took nearly 40 minutes to get my orders. Moreover, there are no seats and tables on the Ground Floor after the renovation (where you place your orders), leaving me standing the entire time.

I politely requested a replacement for my soft drinks with mineral water, but the staff still gave me soft drinks. I also asked if it was possible to get drumstick and thigh pieces, but I received all breast pieces instead! Although there were coleslaws and mashed potatoes in my order, no spoon was given.

Throughout my visit, the staff avoided looking at customers, facing their backs to us the whole time, making it challenging to get their attention for any requests. The lady manager on duty appeared to be in a foul mood, and we could sense her unhappiness even from a distance,...

Operation hours states store close at 11pm , but I was in the store at 10.30pm and the staff rudely said , closed . And i just asked for taking order but him said "ni je ada" with the rude intonation . And I call my fam to ask and I walk away as my fam said nvr mind . Been having KFC here for 10 years, recently this store are having very bad customer service. The lady at the cashier is just very racism, since I had repeated the order twice but she still giving the wrong bill. Other than that, I requested for changing the chicken part to breast, she don't even care about me even there is a lot of it and she still insist to give me the leftover drumsticks.
