Have eaten here multiple times alone or with company for dai chow and have been very impressed with the consistency each time. The seafood is always fresh, so much so that when stir-fried and served to you, the flesh is plump and sweet.
Standouts: Seafood for sure, particularly their fantastic signature kam heong lala or cockles (kerang). Wok hei and sauce flavour is excellent.
Vegetable dishes are also handled with care, blanched with a good balance of tenderness and crunch before being dressed with flavourful stock gravy. Even a simple dish such as steamed egg is done beautifully, with a smooth and silky finish.
